Pareto Principle: 80% of consequences stem from 20% of causes

I am a believer of the Pareto Principle aka the “80/20” rule.  80% of effects come from 20% of causes . I have applied it and had my teams apply it over the years with much success.

Its almost impossible to keep up with work and personal demands in today’s age – far too many times I have seen people overwhelmed and they were focusing on either all items on their plate or the wrong items. Applying this principle could help you to focus and achieve your goals.
