What about those who take advantage and waste time and money. As a leader you must recognize this and act on it. Certain industries are more guilty then others and its being found that certain generations appear to be worse than others.
There are many factors and causes for the behaviour (for good and bad reasons)but the key is to at least recognize and understand it and find methods to motivate staff
